Broadcast Innovations (Kronkelbeekweg 3A, 7678 SV Geesteren, the Netherlands, info@broadcastinnovations.nl) is the controller for the processing of your personal data via this website and our software.

What data and why

Orders: name, company, address, e-mail, VAT number and order details — to perform the contract and invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices are kept for 7 years (tax obligation).
Licence and trial: name, e-mail and an encrypted PC code (derived from hardware characteristics) — to verify the licence and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). No measurement data.
Downloads and server logs: IP address, time and browser — for security and to count downloads (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). IP addresses are deleted after 90 days.
VAT number check: your VAT number is verified with the EU VIES database.

Cookies

We only use a functional session cookie (for the order form and security). No tracking, advertising or analytics cookies and no external fonts or scripts.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to provide the service: our hosting provider (servers in the EU), the e-mail service used to send e-mails and, later, the payment provider. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data (unless we are legally required to keep it), object to processing and request a copy. E-mail info@broadcastinnovations.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
