Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example by e-mail) to Broadcast Innovations, Kronkelbeekweg 3A, 7678 SV Geesteren, the Netherlands, info@broadcastinnovations.nl. You may use the model form below.

Effects

We refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method. Any licence key already delivered will then be revoked.

Loss of the right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose this right. We ask for this consent when you order. The licence key is only delivered after payment, so until then you can always withdraw free of charge. We recommend trying the software for free first.

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
