Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed via www.broadcastsoftware.nl with Broadcast Innovations, Kronkelbeekweg 3A, 7678 SV Geesteren, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 08182789), hereinafter "we".

2. Offer and contract

We sell licences for downloadable software. The contract is concluded when you place your order and we confirm it by e-mail. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions are not binding on us.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euro. Consumers are shown the price including the VAT of their country; business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number pay without VAT (reverse charge).
  • You pay by bank transfer within 14 days, or by an online payment method once available.
  • No licence key is delivered until payment has been received.

4. Delivery

After receiving your payment we send the licence key and invoice by e-mail, normally within one business day. The software itself can always be downloaded from the website.

5. Trial period

Before buying, you can try the software free of charge and fully featured during the trial period. Please use it to check that the software works with your hardware and workflow.

6. Right of use

You receive a right of use under the licence agreement (EULA). The software remains the property of Broadcast Innovations.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, unless they agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they thereby lose this right. We ask for this consent when you order. See also Withdrawal.

8. Warranty and liability

  • The software has been made with care. Measurements with a low-cost RTL-SDR receiver are indicative and do not replace calibrated or accredited measurements.
  • If the software contains errors, we will help you as well as we can with a solution or an update.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. We are not liable for indirect damage such as consequential loss, loss of profit or damage to equipment caused by incorrect connection. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

9. Complaints

Please e-mail complaints to info@broadcastinnovations.nl. We respond within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
